The Bureau of China International SME Fair is the executive organizer of China International SME Fair (CISMEF), under the supervision of the Secretariat of CISMEF Organizing Committee.
It is also responsible for organizing the Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Economic and Trade Fair, the Economic and Technological Cooperation Talks of the Pearl River Delta and the Mountainous Regions, and other economic and trade events, in an effort to promote trade, investment cooperation and exchanges..
In accordance with the operation mode of combining Government propelling with market operation, the Bureau devotes itself to rendering the exhibitions more international, standardized and professional and providing customers with services like event planning, promotion, exhibitor recruitment, professional training, business tours, international exchanges and cooperation.
The Bureau is a member of China Association for Exhibition Center (CAEC), China Council for International Investment Promotion (CCIIP) and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).
Its subordinate departments are:
Administration Department: responsible for administration, secretarial work, human resources, finance, etc.
Coordination Department: responsible for coordination in general, and contacting the organizers, co-organizers and operators.
Exhibition Department: responsible for the recruitment of exhibitors and visitors, exhibition layout, as well as the coordination of event-related services.
Event Department: responsible for the planning, coordination and organization of forum activities, and making promotional brochures for the events.
Promotion Department: responsible for publicity, advertising, news reporting and market promotion.
Information Department: responsible for the development of strategic research, performance assessment, website management, information analysis so as to enhance the internationalization and standardization.
