On the morning of June 9, 2010, Director-General Yang Yang and related personnel from the Exhibition Department held the symposium on International Freight Forwarding Agencies with the responsible persons from Guangzhou Branch of Trans-Link International Forwarding (Shanghai) Ltd., Guangzhou Branch of BALtrans Logistics (Taiwan) Ltd., and Joyhigh Shipping Ltd.

At the symposium, Director-General Yang briefly introduced the preparation for CISMEF 2010 and the framework for the new fair. At the same time, he extended his thanks to Trans-Link, BALtrans and Joyhigh for their support and cooperation in transporting the exhibits. He indicated that pre-qualification would be conducted for freight forwarding agencies, and that the registration work for the customs and commercial inspection would be made as soon as possible. He wished that all the agencies could cooperate with each other to do a good job in exhibition transportation and relevant registration for CISMEF 2010.  Trans-Link, BALtrans and Joyhigh showed their intention to participate in the foreign freight forwarding work for CISMEF 2010, and were willing to cooperate with the Bureau in providing exhibitor-satisfying freight forwarding services.
