Business Matching between Chinese and Overseas Enterprises at CISMEF 2010
According to the requirements of the co-host country and other foreign exhibitor groups, business matching between Chinese and overseas enterprises will be held during CISMEF 2010, with a view to enhancing the exhibition effect and promoting the cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and overseas SMEs.
The business matching will be arranged as follows:
1. Time
September 15-18, 2010 (during CISMEF 2010)
2. Venue
Australian Pavilion and specialized shows at International Pavilion I & II.
3. Targets
Exhibiting enterprises and institutions from Australia and other foreign countries; exhibitors, professional visitors and buyers from various provinces of China.
4. Organizer
The Bureau of China International SME Fair
5. Mode
Business matching at fixed time slot and place; free matching, and on-site presentations.
6. Arrangements
1). Business matching at fixed time slot and place (Sept. 15-16): Target Chinese enterprises and institutions will be invited to attend the business matching according to the requirements of Australian exhibitors.
2) Free matching (Sept. 15-18): Chinese enterprises will be invited to attend the business matching according to the scale, business scope and requirements of overseas exhibitor groups.
3) For the specialized shows with more than 100 standard booths, the number of professional visitors will be at least 5 times that of the exhibitors.
4) A presentation zone will be set up at the International Pavilion, for on-site presentations upon request of overseas exhibitors.
Free interpreting services for various languages will be offered for the business matching. Latest information on overseas exhibitors and the business matching will be posted at the official website of CISMEF. Relevant information will also be sent to the exhibitor group organizers.
Exhibitor group organizers from various provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) in China are requested to organize the participation of relevant Chinese enterprises for the business matching, and send the list of participants and requirements to the Bureau of CISMEF.
