It was reported by Shanghai Securities News that Zhang Xiaoqiang, deputy director of National Development and Reform Commission, expressed in an industry development summit forum on June 2 that specific measures on implementing the policies about promoting the development of bio-industry will be issued within the year.

When referring to using funds to support the bio-enterprises, Zhang said that there should be financial support, and the support should be multi-channel and multi-mode, besides the financial support from governments at all levels, the funds collected by enterprises in operation of capital market will also become the venture capital fund in developing the bio-industry. In addition, the support from credit and guarantee of financial institutions also plays an important role. Of course, enterprises should also play their own initiative to raise some funds.
