Beijing Declaration on Strengthening Cooperation among ASEM Members on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) was issued during the First ASEM (Asia-Euro Meeting) SMEs Ministerial Meeting, held in Beijing October 2007, stating that the Chinese government decided to provide a free ¡°Hall for ASEM SMEs Cooperation and Exchange¡± for ASEM members to hold exhibitions and conduct exchanges during the annual CISMEF.
